Well, not to sure about this one... Doesn't really pertain to me, but it may pertain to some and why not its a free magazine there is no reason that a magazine or money is separated by a race or color of a person...
Typically I don't like putting out stuff that is racially biased, or preferential to one race because it brings up too much bad blood for some reason. I guess I'll leave this one up to you...
